Shipping

When we ship: Orders ship out Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will ship the following week. We process orders in the order they're received and aim to ship within two business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your package is on its way.

Rates: We ship with FedEx and offer $12.24 flat rate 2–3 business day shipping anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. (Orders over 3 dozen to the same address are excluded.)

A few things to know:

• We can't ship to PO Boxes.
• We can't guarantee delivery dates or times.
• Once FedEx picks up your package, responsibility for delivery and any damage passes to the carrier. All packages are insured — see our refund policy below.

Double-check your address! Your order ships to the address you provide at checkout, and we can't recover packages sent to an incorrect address. FedEx will also email you before delivery, so please make sure your information is correct.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once payment is complete.

Damaged shipment? We've got you. Email support@jojoscookiecompany.com with:

• Your order number and last name in the subject line
• A photo of the damage and your tracking number in the body

Once we have that, we'll file a claim on your behalf and get a fresh shipment of cookies headed your way.
