We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders. For large orders (5+ dozen), catering, or events, please give us at least one week's notice so we can make sure everything is perfect.
Yes! We ship FedEx 2-day to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Flat rate $10.50 shipping, free on orders over $80. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Absolutely! Local pickup is available at both our Petoskey and Traverse City locations. You'll save $10 when you choose pickup at checkout, and you can select your preferred date and time.
We offer gluten-friendly and vegan-friendly chocolate chip options. However, all cookies are baked in a shared kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please contact us directly if you have specific allergy concerns.

Specialty cookies are our rotating monthly flavors that use premium ingredients and more complex recipes. They carry a $1 per cookie surcharge on top of the base bundle price. Our classic flavors are always available at no extra charge.
