We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, though many brides reserve their date months ahead. The earlier you reach out, the better we can plan together. For peak wedding season (June-October), earlier is always better!
For a dessert table, we recommend 1-2 of our 4oz Signature Cookies per guest, 2-3 of our 2oz Classic cookies, or 3 of our 1oz Minis per guest. For individually wrapped party favors, 1-2 cookies per guest is perfect. Not sure? Just tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the perfect amount!
Yes! We offer tastings at our Petoskey and Traverse City shops. It's a great way to try different flavors and sizes before making your selection. Just let us know you're interested when you reach out and we'll set it up. Keep in mind that our specialty flavors rotate monthly, so what's available at your tasting may differ from your wedding month — but all of our classics are always available!
Absolutely! We can customize sprinkle colors on our Famous Sugar cookies to match your wedding palette. It's a beautiful way to tie your dessert into your overall theme. Just let us know your colors and we'll make it happen.
For orders under $100 or events within 3 months, we typically collect full payment upfront. For larger orders booked further out, we offer a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due 30 days before your event. This gives you flexibility if you're still waiting on final RSVPs. We'll work with your timeline to find the best option!
Our cookies stay fresh and delicious for several days! Store them in an airtight container at room temperature — no need to refrigerate. They'll taste just as amazing on your wedding day as the moment they came out of the oven.
We specialize in our signature thick, chewy gourmet cookies rather than custom cut-outs. However, we can personalize your order with custom sprinkle colors to match your theme, individual wrapping for favors, and our display stand to make your spread Instagram-worthy. Our Famous Sugar cookie is also a beautiful blank canvas for any color scheme!
Yes! We ship nationwide via FedEx. Orders ship on Monday and typically arrive by Wednesday. Bundle shipping (up to 3 dozen) is $23.27, and single dozen shipping is $12.20. All shipments include complimentary wrapping and are insured through FedEx. We recommend having them shipped to your venue or hotel a couple days before the event.
Yes! We offer 5% off for orders of 10+ dozen and 10% off for 15+ dozen (4oz cookies). For your big day, every bit of savings helps! We'll include any applicable discounts in your custom quote.
