Basic Assistant Baker job Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring the cashier/baking counter by answering phones, helping customers, taking orders and fulfilling orders.

Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens to assistant in cookie preparation

Assists preparing raw ingredients and equipment to ensure efficient baking execution

Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling and shipping requirement during ecommerce fulfillment process

Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation to ensure all baking supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next day.

Cultivate an atmosphere of gratitude towards guests and co-workers

Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations

Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during scheduled shift Standing, lifting and bending for the duration of shift
