Refund Policy
As much as we would like to be able to offer a refund, due to the nature of our service and products we provide, we are not able to accept returns/provide refunds. Once you complete the payment portion we are unable to refund you.
If for any reason there is damage to your shipment, please email orders@jojoscookiecompany. com. Please attach your order number in the subject line along with the last name on the order. In the body of the email please attach a picture of the damage/issue along with your tracking number. Once we have all of this information, we will submit a claim on your behalf and get a shipment of cookies out to you.
