As much as we would like to be able to offer a refund, due to the nature of our service and products we provide, we are not able to accept returns/provide refunds. Once you have received your completed order email, we are unable to refund you. If for any reason there is damage to your shipment, please email [email protected]. Please attach your order number in the subject line along with the last name on the order. In the body of the email please attach a picture of the damage/issue along with your tracking number. We will help you get a full refund through UPS as we do insure our packages. Keep in mind, this may take up to 30 business days.
